On the banks of the Old Rhine…
There are strollers picking up the most beautiful pebbles… these will end up on fireplace mantles as trophies.
I myself love them. I pick them up without pushing them around, take them to my “Sweet home”, photograph them in search in the best daylight…
Then I free them again and take them back where I took them, so they don’t feel out of place…
They are entitled to our respect, these pebbles! They were there long before us and will be there long after…
